As days go by with a dizzying pace, it can be quite a challenge to wind down and let go of all the impressions in the evenings.

The brain might still process meetings, tasks, appointments, etc. This challenge acts as a brake to your train of thoughts. It helps slowing down your brain waves, your body becomes calmer and you are able to smoothly drift off into a good night’s sleep.
