“As an entrepreneur and consultant, I stand for bridging the gap between where we are today and where we need to be – as individuals and as a collective. Realizing long term goals that truly matter comes at a cost. It requires focus to prioritize the pursuit of these goals at the cost of other opportunities. This path is not short of challenges. It requires “all hands on deck”, which means I need to involve all aspects of my personality embodied by the Formies – mind, heart, body, and consciousness.”
My advice to co-travellers: Be conscious of your life goals and dedicate all you have to make them real.

stupidly?”
Smiling and laughing, expressions of joy, are still often frowned upon at the workplace. Why is this so?
