Being curious by nature, a bi-cultural and a Certified Formies Coach, Zebib is highly passionate about understanding human beings, switching perspectives and is fond of her Formies. She is excited about her own personal development and supporting others on their journey of breaking free from their self-limitations towards more joy in all aspects of life.

“Through my self-exploration journey I learned that, for decades, I had been disconnected from my body as a result of severe childhood trauma. I could clearly see how this lack of wholeness steered my behavior on auto-pilot, limiting my freedom to act and the ability to be fully satisfied and joyful in many ways.

I gradually started getting to know my body better and connected it to my emotional world. It has been far from a bed of roses, but I know this is an absolute prerequisite for true inner freedom and the beginning of a love story – reconnecting with the wonders of my body.”

My advice to co-travelers:
Everything you are running away from and everything you are longing for is within you.

Your emotions can cause a great amount of “trouble” when you neglect them, but they also hold the power to provide you with an extremely uplifting spirit you long for. Knowing and cleaning up your emotional landscape is therefore a crucial part of the self-exploration journey to have less “trouble” and more joy.
