Challenge #6: Say “No”


Mr Mind often reminds you of your duties: You have to call your mother, you have to clean your apartment, you have to look for a birthday present….

Even if you are not in the mood for any of those tasks, you give in and do what you think your duties are.

For the following 7 days, say ‘no’ to your ‘duties’ – scrutinize what Mr Mind is requesting from you.

Instead, ask your body and your heart what they really FEEL like doing – and do it!
