Self-explorers with the Formies – Klára Denzin

Klára is a Hungarian entrepreneur with a strong passion for learning. Her mission is to go beyond mental limitations and to bridge differences between people, cultures, and countries.

“Since I’ve been working with the Formies, I have changed my attitude. I have become aware of an important old belief: in good Hungarian manner, I knew how it had to be, and couldn’t let go of the results when I delegated tasks. I still felt responsible for a good outcome, although I had handed over the task. I had this issue in my private and professional life. I was always worried and thought: “I can’t let them hit the wall.”

Now I think: „Probably, they can drive on their own – why should they hit the wall?“

My advice to co-travellers:

Do your best – and then let it go. Trust the inherent strength of things and processes.

“Strive on, and trust!”- as the Hungarian poet said.
