Do you like your body? Many of us have something to complain about their looks or their health: nose too long, knee is aching.

Would you like to receive complaints all the time, even if they are not spoken out loud? Certainly not. Buddy Body is functioning usually 24/7. Acknowledge his ‘service’. Make it a habit to say ‘thank you’ to Buddy Body first thing in the mornings when you wake up. He’ll appreciate it!
