Challenge #5: Be in flow – don’t let it go

Use your holidays or the weekend to create your own flow anchor:

Go to a place where you really feel good: The beach, the mountains, the swimming pool. Or do your favourite sport. What can you observe? Your mind stops thinking, your body feels good, and your heart is at ease. This is the best condition to be close to your essence.

Take a snapshot with all your senses.

In times when you are down, jump into this memory and bring it back – your personal CORE moment.
