Challenge#9: Do what you want, like what you do!

How often do your thoughts start with:
I have to, I need, I’m supposed to, I must, I should, …

Those are tag words. Become aware of them. Mark them mentally. STOP your thought as soon as a tag word crosses your mind.

Think instead: What do I really want?

Now start your thoughts with:
I choose, I want, I ‘d like, I long for, I wish, I desire, etc. …

This helps you to shift your perception and focus on what you want. You put less pressure on yourself and clearly see that you do have a choice more often than you think.
