Culture: How we care
The heartbeat of the organization is culture and communication, be it verbal or non-verbal. Responsible Leaders trust themselves and others, are aware of their communication behavior and base it on the organization’s core values.
Strategy: What we do and where we aspire to be
Vision and strategy provide the organization with direction and intent. Responsible Leaders are energized by the vision, translate it into a clear strategy and break it down into concrete projects all organizational members can contribute to in self-selected tasks.
Structure: How we co-ordinate ourselves
The structure and processes are the organization’s skeleton. They are like the guardrails Responsible Leaders provide to ensure transparency and effective operations.
