Initiatives

Leadership is required everywhere. It has an impact in all spheres of life even if we usually associate leadership with business only.

That’s why we have developed formats that support both educational professionals and parents in creating spaces of trust for harmonious relationships with heart, structure, and humor.

Our initiatives offer resources and training for anyone who deeply cares for the mental and physical well-being of children.
Our purpose is to have a positive impact on society, providing children with the opportunity to become conscious human beings, full of trust, independence, and self-confidence in everyday interactions.

Formies-School

School Formies

How can we use the Formies to master challenges at school?

The inner team approach provides

  • structure and clarity in turbulent situations
  • tools for de-escalation and conflict resolution
  • impulses for self-reflection and emotional education
  • a common language for feelings and needs
  • a vehicle to understanding and accepting differences between individuals

We offer workshops for de-escalation in the classroom, upskilling for educational professionals, inspiration days at schools, and individual coaching for teachers and parents.

Isabelle Schweizer, Gina Eitelbös, and Stefanie Rodriguez-Maier are the drivers of our school initiatives.

Family Formies

We take an unusual approach and look at families as a team.  Teams with members who have different strengths and perspectives. What is the purpose of the team ‘Family’? What guides the team members? How do they enjoy each other’s company?
For all parents who want to consciously develop their family team, we offer tools and forums to show how the inner team approach can contribute to more energy and joy.

How does the Inner Team Approach work in the context of the family?

  • It offers a common language, e.g. to turn values into tangible behavior
  • It brings structure and clarity in stressful situations
  • It offers tools for de-escalation and conflict resolution
  • It helps with the expression of feelings and needs
  • It helps to understand and accept differences between individual family members
  • It sparks self-reflection
