Reset in the evenings

Tree

On my way home, I pass a small park. It is seamed by all sorts of trees and with changing seasons, weather, and times of the day, no view is ever the same.
I made it a habit to walk right into the middle of the park to have the best view to the sky.

Then, I hand over to two of my Formies: Conscious Me and Buddy Body.

Breathing deeply, I focus to look around and see what’s there for me to discover this time: beautiful cloud formations, a clear night sky, the trees bathed in mystical light, sometimes snow covering everything and often enough a bright moon, giving the whole scenery a solemn touch.

I enjoy this beauty listening to my favorite classical music, while breathing deeply. Buddy Body reacts promptly: A feeling of expansion almost always accompanied with goosebumps and a tingling rush of ease and wellbeing floats through my whole body, giving space to deep relaxation after a while.
Wow, what a party for my physical sensations!
Buddy Body truly loves those excursions to the park when he gets the opportunity to team up with Conscious Me.
After embracing this feeling for a while and with a smile on my face, we’re ready to go to bed.
