Alignment Purpose Joy

Alignment-Workshop

Series of facilitated short workshops – usually with decision-makers – to identify misalignments between corporate purpose, strategy, structure and culture. Regular review of the status quo in light of changes of the energy level.

Outcome:

List of misalignments as a roadmap for the leadership journey and the overall transformation process towards higher energy levels 

Leadership Journey

A six-month leadership journey to jointly develop energy-releasing leadership behavior and to allow the team to grow together.

The structured Leadership Journey consists of analysis, workshops, practical observation and individual coaching, which supports leaders in their self-regulation, communication and sustainable integration of new leadership practices.

Thanks to her many years of experience as an international manager and consultant to a wide range of organizations in Europe, Asia, North America, and the MENA region, she is able to shift perspectives between diverse stakeholders.

Dr. Adrian Kreppel

Adrian, a trained computer scientist and patent attorney, is the brain and challenger. With his doctorate in artificial intelligence and his passion for self-optimizing systems, he is the brain behind our AI-based alignment tool.

He builds the bridge between technology and people, between digital and organizational transformation.

As an author of suspense stories, he does not take life too seriously and challenges others with profound insights and discoveries to question themselves and the world.

Tanja Siegmund

For 20 years, Tanja has been working with decision-makers in medium-sized companies and corporations when it comes to presence, confidence, and effectiveness in complex situations or strategic decisions. Her focus is on communication and relationship dynamics.

She accompanies company leaders in moments that shape their and the organization’s future. She senses imbalances and makes the invisible visible. Her focus is on responsible leadership, solutions, and how to bring them into life. 

Tanja goes deep. She stays when others leave without losing her amazing sense of humour.

Dr. Helena Ponstein

Helena has a green heart. Her key motivation is to contribute to make organizations work in harmony with the needs of our environment.

As a consultant, her mission is to foster the Triple Bottom Line approach as reflected in the 12 Alignments in as many organizations as possible. With her dissertation on avoiding green house emissions in global supply chains, she is an expert in going green. She is good at supporting multicultural and multidisciplinary teams in their leadership journeys.

Daniel works with what is at the core of organizations: identity, attitude, and humanity. He is deeply committed to helping companies become more authentic—beyond buzzwords, superficial logic, and purely methodological thinking.
