    Don’t Panic – Breathe

    Emergency breathing
    If you notice that you are blocked and can’t think clearly, make a reset.
    Breathe in a rhythm of 4
    Breathe in (1, 2, 3, 4), hold your breath and count to 4, breathe out and count to 4, stay in the exhaled state counting 1,2, 3, 4.
    Do this 2-3 times. You’ll feel refreshed.
